Return & Refund Policy

Because Royal Prints specializes in custom-made and personalized products, all orders are produced specifically for you. Please review your proofs carefully before approving them.

Custom Products

All custom product sales are final once proofs have been approved.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom or personalized products after proof approval. This includes, but is not limited to, custom apparel, promotional products, printed materials, signs, packaging, golf products, and other products produced with custom artwork, logos, colors, text, or designs.

Cancellations Before Proof Approval

Orders may be cancelled at any time before the final proofs are approved.

If you decide not to move forward with your order before approving your proofs, you may cancel without being responsible for production of the custom products.

Proof Approval

You will have an opportunity to review and approve your artwork and product proofs before production begins.

By approving a proof, you are confirming that you have reviewed and accepted the design, including:

• Artwork and logos

• Colors

• Spelling and text

• Product selection

• Placement and sizing

• Quantities and other order details

Once proofs are approved, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Changes After Approval

Changes requested after proof approval are not guaranteed and may not be possible once production has started. Any additional costs associated with changes after approval will be the responsibility of the customer.

Production Variations

Because many Royal Prints products are custom printed, embroidered, manufactured, or decorated, minor variations in color, placement, sizing, or appearance may occur between the digital proof and the finished product. These normal production variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund or return.

We want you to be completely confident in your order before you approve it. If you have questions or would like changes made to your proofs, please contact us before approving them.

Once you approve your proofs, all sales are final.
